(1) Vendor needs to provide various food fish service to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.– Requirements of ProductA. Abnormal condition – Must not be chalky, jellied, or milky.B. Appearance defects – Consistency of flesh should not be soft or spongy. Fish should not have a strongor spoiled smell.C. Discoloration – Any color not characteristic of the indicated species.D. Dehydration – Evidence of skin dullness and/or shrinkage.E. Surface defects – Blood spots, bruises, breaks/splits in skin, or busted bellies.F. Processing defects – Improper washing, incomplete removal of slime, blood, and viscera from the surfaceof the fish.G. Processing Location – Each case must have processing location clearly visible.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026
