(1) Vendor needs to provide business coach services.• The Agency is seeking a part–time Business Coach to join.• This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business professional to work with entrepreneurs and small businesses in the Sahuarita area, providing them with coaching, guidance, and strategic advice.• The ideal candidate will have a background in small business development, entrepreneurship, or economic development, and a passion for supporting local business growth– Individual Business Consulting• Conduct confidential one–on–one business coaching sessions with entrepreneurs and small business owners.• Assess business operations, challenges, opportunities, and organizational goals.• Provide strategic recommendations related to business planning, operations, financial management, marketing, customer development, organizational growth, and business sustainability.• Develop practical action plans and measurable milestones that support each client's objectives.– Business Assessments and Strategic Planning• Evaluate business strengths, challenges, and growth opportunities.• Assist clients in establishing realistic business goals and performance objectives• Develop customized recommendations and implementation strategies based on each client's unique circumstances.• Provide follow–up consultations to monitor progress and adjust recommendations as appropriate.– Educational Workshops and Training• Develop and facilitate workshops, seminars, webinars, and group coaching sessions on topics relevant to small business success.• Topics may include, but are not limited to:o Business Planningo Financial Literacyo Marketing and Brandingo Digital Marketingo Customer Acquisition and Retentiono Business Operations(2) The contract period will be for two years.
