(1) Vendor needs to provide building code administration, construction management and planning services to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA. – Agency is seeking the services of a qualified professional firm for the following: to support planning, zoning, and building code administration operations, to provide site development construction management services including engineering review for land development site development/infrastructure inspections, Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Local Issuing Authority (LIA) compliance and program administration and to provide planning and zoning services to our customers in the unincorporated area of agency on an as–needed basis. • Work includes five functional areas under building code administration:– Administration – Residential building inspections– Commercial building inspections– Residential plan review– Commercial plan review• Construction management services.• Planning services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 3, 2026.
