The Board of Commissioners of Glynn County, Georgia (“the Owner”) seeks quotes from Engineering firms established in the Glynn County General Engineering Services Pool to provide engineering services for the development of a design to replace the failing structure with a vinyl sheet plying structure with a cap and weather resistant guard rail. The price quoted should include cost for a complete set of construction plans, any permitting need for this project, and an engineer’s cost estimate for construction.
