(1) Vendor needs to provide 4kV switchgear generator relay upgrade supplies to the government authority located in Orlando, FL. – The Work includes replacement cubicle door fabrication and installation, removal of existing equipment, control wiring demolition and reinstallation, relay implementation, testing, commissioning, documentation updates, and all activities necessary to place the upgraded protection system into reliable commercial service.• Switchgear Configuration Assessment, Cubicle Inventory, and Pre–Bid Site Walkdown • Fabricated Cubicle Panel Door Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing • Owner–Furnished Equipment Removal from Temporary Panel and Integration into new Fabricated Cubicle Doors • Protective Relay Replacement • Protective Relay Replacement • Protective Relay Replacement • Design Documentation and Deliverables • Protective Relay Settings • Relay Testing, Programming, and Commissioning • As–Built Documentation, Project Reporting, Relay Protection Report, and Control Circuitry Verification (2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 20, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
