(1) Vendor needs to provide risk assessment and predictive modeling software.– Provide predictive main break modeling software using artificial intelligence for risk assessment and capital project planning.– Software must have the ability to predict failures on water mains without historic failure data.– Ability to generate a project based on a certain designated area which prioritizes the higher risk pipes in that area.– Software must have the capabilities to consider complex relationships between variables using the machine learning model including data sets.– Software’s user interface must be accessible through a standard web–browser.– Offer risk–based prioritization solutions for distribution and transmission water mains.– Tools to filter, view, search and query the above parameters to help identify high risk locations.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 17,2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
