EXTRA-74249 - USA (Washington, DC) - Arbitrage Rebate Computation and Municipal Continuing Disclosure Report Services - Deadline August 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide arbitrage rebate computation and municipal continuing disclosure report services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Arbitrage Rebate Report Services(a) Engagement: The Contractor shall assign an arbitrage rebate analyst to oversee all arbitrage consulting activities for Events DC to review tax–exempt debt issues requiring arbitrage rebate services.(b) Data Collection: The Contractor shall review with Events DC all transcript documentation and investment activity needed to perform arbitrage rebate calculations. The Contractor's Analyst shall use all available resources to assist Events DC in compiling this data.(c) Bond Issuance Review: Upon receipt of identified transcript documents, the Contractor shall perform a thorough review of each issue. The Contractor shall confirm that the issue is subject to the rebate requirement, identify all relevant exceptions, elections, and yield restrictions, and verify the arbitrage yield.(d) Engagement Summary: The Contractor shall submit all relevant findings and assumptions in the form of an Engagement Summary. The arbitrage reporting requirements shall be reviewed with Events DC and target calculation dates shall be entered into Contractor's database monitoring system.– Ongoing Support ServicesThe Contractor shall be available throughout the duration of the Contract for the following activities:(a) Review reports with Events DC staff and plan for future calculations as appropriate.(b) Maintain close contact with Events DC staff by informing them of changes in the rebate regulations, court decisions, and other events that may affect arbitrage compliance requirements.(c) Comprehensive and unlimited support to Events DC staff in the event of an IRS audit and provide all supporting documentation used to prepare the calculations.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
