(1) Vendor needs to provide tourism marketing and promotion services including strategic direction, creative strategy, brand development, media planning and public relations. – Develop and execute the media plan presented in the county advertising and marketing plan.– prepare public relations content and develop a marketing and public relations plan to ensure that County’s unique attributes, stories and experiences are shared with journalists and content creators.– Continue to utilize existing relationships while building new relationships with major travel and business media. promote positive public relations content to county citizens and business partners.– Social media engagement utilizing all touchpoints available within each platform.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 18, 2026.
