CONS-23269 - USA (Havre de Grace, Maryland) - Feasibility Study Service for Safe Routes to School - Deadline September 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide feasibility study service for safe routes to school to the government authority located in Havre de Grace, MD. – The study will identify opportunities for safe, accessible and connected bike/pedestrian routes.– The total funding authority for this contract shall not exceed $150,000.– The services to be performed under this contract will provide professional engineering services to evaluate the feasibility of connecting two project locations.– The design concept shall include:A. Preferred alternatives; shall be consistent with relevant design standards and guidelines for pedestrian sidewalks/pathways; including ADA compliance;B. Project benefits, detailed cost estimates, and engineering/design requirements including sections, elevations, perspectives, plans and recommendations;C. Report shall include a trail maintenance plan detailing expected cost for maintaining usability and long–term sustainability.D. Anticipated costs to complete the project, broken down into the following categories: Engineering and oversight, Construction, Maintenance and long–term sustainability.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.(3) A mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 27, 2026.
