(1) Vendor needs to provide bus and bus stop advertising sales and service.1. Advertising sales and management:– The contractor shall sell advertising space, collect revenue, maintain billing records and ensure all advertisements meet advertising policies.– All advertising must comply with federal, state, and local laws and must meet standards for quality and appropriateness. Retains sole authority to approve or reject advertising content.2. Installation and maintenance:– Contractor shall repair or replace damaged, removed, or defaced advertising promptly based on material availability and transit scheduling. Life and safety issues must be addressed within 24 hours.3. Reporting and revenue remittance:– Copies of all signed contracts and correspondence (including price changes, contract length changes, and cancellation notices) within one month of execution– Monthly billings– Total remaining account balances– Contract expiration dates– Monthly advertising location and vehicle report4. Fair market value requirements:– Average rates for each ad product type.– Rate changes compared to the prior quarter.– Minimize excessive unsold inventory, PSAs, or self–promotional ads.– Implement sales strategies that support demand–driven pricing.5. Character of advertisements:– Artwork and copy must be professional, clean, legible, properly installed, and maintained in good condition.– All advertising must comply with advertising policy. Reserves the exclusive right to approve or reject any advertisement.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on November 09, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
