This request solicits proposals from qualified firms to provide supplemental instruction needed to satisfy the requirements by State of California Department of Industrial Relations Office of Apprenticeship Standards. The Firm shall be an accredited provider that offers a training program preferably in California. Courses should be instructor-led with practical skill assessment and distance learning with options of bundled packages & customized courses. Objective is to provide a structured curriculum that will support our current apprenticeship program for the following : 4 year - Lineman Apprenticeship Program 3 Year - Substation Apprenticeship Program 3 Year - Utility System Operator Training Program
