(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing, advertising and media services. – To provide marketing, advertising, and media services as needed to support student recruitment, enrollment, academic and workforce programs, events, and institutional awareness. – Services may include planning, digital and traditional advertising, media purchasing, graphic design, video/audio production, and campaign reporting.– Marketing and Campaign Planning: Develop advertising strategies to promote agency programs, student enrollment, workforce development, events, and community awareness.• Media Buying and Placement: Plan, purchase, and coordinate advertising through television, radio, print, billboards, digital platforms, and other appropriate media outlets. • Digital and Social Media Advertising: Develop and manage advertising campaigns using social media, search engines, websites, and other digital platforms. • Creative and Production Services: Provide graphic design, copywriting, photography, video, audio, commercial production, and other advertising materials as needed. • Campaign Management and Reporting: Coordinate advertising activities, monitor campaign performance, and provide reports on advertising expenditures and results. • All advertising plans, creative materials, media placements, and associated costs shall be submitted to agency for approval before implementation. • All advertising materials shall comply with agency branding requirements and applicable accessibility standards. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be three years.
