Vendor needs to provide metro access and metro flex programs services to the government authority located in King, WA.– Access (paratransit) and Metro Flex (microtransit) management and operations, with the option to expand to support other Metro programs in the future.– Functions should be centralized, shared across services, or remain service.– Peer agencies structure contracts, governance, and service delivery models.– Balance customer experience, accountability, flexibility, and cost management.– Provides the technology and operational resources needed to deliver the service, including dynamic trip scheduling, routing and dispatch, the Metro Flex mobile application, web and telephone booking, fare–payment support, and customer service.
