FOOD-10776 - USA (Newark, New York) - Cooperative Milk, Dairy Products and Juices Service - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide cooperative milk, dairy products and juices service to the government authority located in Newark, NY.• Milk, milk products, and juices shall be delivered at the designated place in the cafeteria• Vendors shall indicate, as part of their bid, the timeframe within which they can provide additional milk, milk products, or juice in the event of an emergency• Milk shall be packaged in approved paper cartons or pouches, one–half pint units, and properly packed in clean, sanitary crates or cases. Glass bottles or other non–approved containers are not acceptable.• Milk products shall be delivered at a temperature between 35–40 degrees in a refrigerated delivery truck.• All milk, dairy products, and juices delivered under this Contract shall be of current production and shall have sufficient remaining shelf life to permit normal use by the Participant• Fluid milk shall have a minimum of seven (7) calendar days remaining before the manufacturer's sell–by, use–by, or expiration date at the time of delivery unless otherwise approved by the Participant• All products shall be packaged, marked, and delivered in accordance with industry standards and in a manner reasonably necessary to maintain product integrity, quality, safety, and sanitation• The Contractor shall be responsible for replacing any damaged, spoiled, contaminated, defective, improperly labeled, expired, or otherwise unacceptable product. Replacement product shall be delivered within twenty–four (24) hours of notification by the Participant unless the Participant agrees to an alternate resolution.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026
