The Government of Malawi through Ministry of Health and Sanitation has received financing from the World Bank/IDA towards the cost of the Malawi Health Emergency Preparedness, Response and Resilience Program The Ministry of Health and Sanitation intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments for Supply, Delivery and Installation of ICT Equipment. The Ministry of Health and Sanitation now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the supply, delivery and installation of ICT Equipment as follows: No. Description Procurement Reference Number 1 Supply, Delivery and Installation of ICT Equipment Various Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers Seventh Edition. dated September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders. A complete set of bidding document in english may be purchased by interested bidders or their representatives at cash office – room number 5, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of T en T housand M alawi K wacha ( MK 10,000.00) or any convertible currency acceptable to the purchaser. The bidding document will be collected from the procurement office at the address given below at 11 (a) during working days. T he method of payment will be cash.
