(1) Vendor needs to provide sewer system evaluation study services to the government authority located in Texas.• Provide a systematic, data–driven evaluation of the sanitary sewer collection system through field investigations, data analysis, and reporting.• Investigations, data analysis, and reporting to identify sources of infiltration and inflow (I/I), assess system defects, and evaluate collection system performance.• For all manholes within each Smoke Testing Area, the consultant shall collect 360–degree video footage of each structure.• The consultant shall perform smoke testing on all sanitary sewer mains 18 inches in diameter or smaller within the designated testing areas.• The consultant shall analyze all collected information and prepare a comprehensive evaluation of collection system deficiencies.• The consultant shall perform targeted dyed water flooding investigations for locations determined to warrant additional evaluation.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than Oct 28, 2026.
