(1) Vendor needs to provide general liability third party administration services.• Provide general liability third party administration services for liability claims which include, but not be limited to, the following tasks:– Assumption of Existing Claims• Assign dedicated claims personnel, approved by agency, meeting the requirements stated herein, to handle the transfer and administration of said claims• Familiarize the status of the claims to ensure effective processing, and reevaluate the reserve level of active claims, in place at the time of takeover.• Maintain the current claim file numbers on transferred claims.– Incident Investigations and Reporting• Conduct investigations by traveling to agency property locations and meeting with claimants and agency staff• Document in the file if any party refuses to provide statements– Auto Accidents and Claims Administration• Review and investigate all third–party auto accidents and claims (herein after collectively referred to as “Auto Claims”) reported through the agency• Evaluate all information gathered during the investigation to determine events that lead to the claim, the validity, and cause of the loss; and when applicable, amount of damages, potential liability and legal exposures• Acquire written or recorded statements from all witnesses and other relevant parties involved in a claim and shall document if any party refuses(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
