(1) Vendor needs to provide lottery computer gaming system.– Seeks a Computer Gaming System to replace the current System.– A comprehensive, robust, technologically current, adaptive and secure System.– The System must be upgradable, capable of future software enhancements, consistent with industry standards to remain current with the same relative capabilities and performance characteristics.– The general areas of System review include, but are not limited to, field services, data centres and call centre operations, retailer and player feedback, and staff observations on administrative and back–office support.  – Software necessary to accurately track and account for the location and status of every scratch–off game pack from loading of the scratch–off ticket game files, during the “life” of the game, and after the closure of the game;– Software necessary to accurately track and account for the location and status of every scratch–off game pack from loading of the scratch–off ticket game files, during the “life” of the game, and after the closure of the game;– Software supporting data analytics, such as to facilitate and assist efforts to detect anomalies that may reveal retailer fraud and/or other suspicious activation and/or cashing patterns.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 01, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 09, 2026.
