Vendor needs to provide Web–Based E–commerce platform.• Provide a comprehensive and fully integrated multi–user electronic digital commerce software system solution, to include installation, configuration, training, and maintenance, which is fully integrated with the Ellucian banner (currently Version 9.3.29) self–service and production environment for student applications.• The proposed system shall consist of the necessary software and credit card, debit card and electronic check (E–check) clearinghouse communications:• Electronic Billing and Electronic Payments• Digital commerce• Provide web–based usage, reporting, and setup• Integrated multi–user electronic digital commerce software system solution, should provide the ability to process online credit card and ACH tuition payments, electronically present student statements, accept student and third–party bill payments, automate tuition payment plan administration, distribute student refunds electronically, online digital commerce for use in departments across campus, provide a centralized non–student accounts receivable option, and integrate cashiering functions with our Ellucian Banner system and payment devices.• E–commerce system must incorporate a single payment gateway through which all payment transactions are processed. The solution should include real–time integration with our Ellucian Banner Student software.• Provide campus constituents with a secure infrastructure for making online payments.• Automate business systems for electronic bill presentation and payments, tuition payment plan management, e–commerce initiatives, student refunds, parent plus loan refunds, student deposits, and campus cashiering. In addition, solutions should be integrated in real time with campus student systems.• Be scalable to incorporate future system expansion.• Be flexible enough to communicate with our banks’ recommended credit card processors and to change processors in the future.
