(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary emergency shelter service to the government authority located in Fayetteville, NC. – Providing services and support for a temporary emergency homeless shelter in county.– Provide a turnkey temporary emergency shelter with a total contracted capacity of seventy persons, including children.– Provide staffed intake, safe sleeping accommodations, three meals and two snacks daily, drinking water, bathrooms, showers, hygiene supplies, laundry access, cleaning, waste removal, pest control, and secure storage for resident belongings.– Include proposed eligibility, referral, admission, denial, waiting–list, discharge, and grievance policies.– Include staffing by position and shift for the thirty–bed and seventy–bed phases, supervision, relief and vacancy coverage, volunteer roles, case–management availability, and security responsibilities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.
