(1) Vendor needs to provide outreach and engineering design services. • Preparation of a public outreach and communications plan identifying goals, audiences, key messages, outreach methods, schedule, language access approach, stakeholder groups, and performance measures.• Support for community engagement at key project milestones, including concept development, preferred concept/35 percent design, and preconstruction/final design outreach.• Preparation of project outreach materials, including bilingual fact sheets, meeting notices, exhibits, presentation boards, comment forms, and website–ready content for use by and city staff.• Data collection and concept development and supplemental environmental document support and right of way impacts support• Corridor plan graphics highlighting pedestrian and bicycle improvements;• Provide aerial photography and topographic mapping.
