FIRE-1740 - USA (Toms River, New Jersey) - Fire Protection Equipment, Systems Maintenance and Repair Service - Deadline July 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide protection equipment, systems maintenance and repair service to the government authority located in Toms River, NJ.• Purchase, Maintenance and Servicing of Portable Fire Extinguishers• The Contractor shall, concurrent with the first scheduled maintenance service visit under this contract (no separate site visit permitted), perform a comprehensive field assessment and – This assessment shall include, but not be limited to:• Identification and confirmation of equipment type, manufacturer, model, and capacity• Verification of equipment location by building and within each facility• Confirmation of system quantities and coverage areas• Identification of interfaced and associated equipment (including but not limited to alarm inputs/outputs, control panels, suppression interfaces, and monitoring connections)• Documentation of any observed discrepancies, deficiencies, or inaccessible equipment• The Contractor shall maintain and update this inventory throughout the term of the contract to reflect any additions, removals, or modifications to the equipment or systems(2) The contract period will be for one year.
