(1) Vendor needs to provide peer to peer clinical training service to the government authority located in Jersey, NJ.• Provide a highly performing organization to design, implement, and manage standardized peer–to–peer clinical training related to reengaging out of care people with HIV to improve retention in care, treatment adherence and viral suppression outcomes in agency.• Training will be used to build evidence–based strategies that identify and address barriers to retention in care.• The trainings will target heath care systems including but not limited to emergency departments, federally qualified health centers, health departments, large group practices and services providers• The chosen vendor will be responsible for creating a comprehensive plan that includes engaging agency Providers, Clinical Staff and Community Stakeholders to participate in HIV–related peer–to–peer clinical training and development sessions• Training may be in–person, virtual or hybrid. Vendor will be responsible for conducting six (6) to twelve (12) training sessions not to exceed two (2) hours per session.• Develop a peer–to–peer clinical training plan aligned with agency the HIV Epidemic (EHE) initiative and federal requirements that is focused on reengaging out of care people with HIV; Provide detailed training modules, content and timeframes.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
