Vendor needs to provide environmental health and safety industrial hygiene services to the government authority located in Maryland.– Installation Access: Contractor personnel shall comply with all local installation security, fire, traffic, and access guidelines. Vehicles are subject to search. Unscheduled gate closures may occur and do not warrant extra compensation.– Identification: Contractor personnel must display visible company identification badges (showing company name, employee name, and the word “Contractor“) at all times and declare their contractor status in all communications (including email signatures).– Lead–Based Paint: Document the condition and location of damage, peeling, or chipping paint. Provide actionable recommendations to notify the Facilities Management Office (FMO) for testing/remediation.
