(1) Vendor needs to provide financial administration, and compliance services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.• Budget Administration: – Maintain an accurate and up–to–date budget ledger for all nine American Spaces’ projects and operations, ensuring compliance with allowable cost categories under federal guidelines• Purchase Processing: – Review, approve, and process payment requests for goods and services, including communication services, office supplies, security, equipment, transportation, maintenance costs and materials.• Vendor Management: – Verify supplier eligibility, maintain approved vendor lists, and ensure competitive procurement procedures per federal standards• Contract Administration: – Draft, review, and execute approximately 150 supplier Contracts• Event–Based Procurement Support: – – Make sure that event description and budgeting comply with the American Spaces regulations.– Process project budget modifications with documented justifications and approvals in coordination with Contracting Authority and AC coordinators(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
