(1) Vendor needs to provide antiterrorism program coordinator service to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE. – The coordinator will serve as the principal advisor and program manager for antiterrorism planning, compliance, training, assessments, exercises, and force protection initiatives across army national guard facilities and activities. – Assist commanders and staff in integrating antiterrorism measures into operations and training events.– Coordinate security requirements for high–visibility events, distinguished visitor visits, and public gatherings.– Conduct briefings for commanders, staff, and personnel regarding threat awareness and protective measures.– Track implementation of corrective actions identified during exercises and assessments.– Participate in installation and statewide emergency management exercises.– Exercises and assessments.– Training and education.– Antiterrorism planning.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
