Municipal Complex Parking Deck Waterproofing

This project consists of structural and waterproofing repairs to the existing parking deck, which is a precast concrete structure. Repairs are required as indicated on plans, which include, but are not limited to, traffic coating removal and replacement, concrete spall repairs, concrete crack repairs, joint sealant replacement, bearing pad replacements, and shear connection repair. Required repairs are located on the top two levels of the structure.
