(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in San Juan, PR. – Clean the restrooms (floor, toilets, urinals, countertop, and sink).– Remove restrooms trash.– Sweep and mop the hallways.– Remove office trash.– Policing grounds (collect all trash from the floor, and clear sidewalk debris with a handheld blower).– Clean the basement emergency stairs leading outside.– Sweep and mop the internal basement stairs (that leads to the first level).– Clean the basement emergency door.– Clean the basement stairs (handrails, railings, light fixtures).– Clean the wooden furniture in the first floor.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) This bid is Set–Aside for total Small Business.
