(1) Vendor needs to provide parking management services to the government authority located in Lexington, KY.– Engage a first–class public parking management company that can manage forward–thinking technological solutions, provide superior customer service, and increase revenues to the airport.– Manage the current public parking garage and lots and to provide services including valet, luggage cart and certain ancillary services.– Ability to provide analytics that can assist in additional non–airline revenue production and to conduct procurement activities for parking–related equipment and services.– Valet services, luggage cart services, online reservations, loyalty programs, analytics, and other related services.– Operational plan, customer service and staffing.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.(3) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 22, 2026.
