(1) Vendor needs to provide accelerator operator service to the government authority located in Irvine, CA.– Provide specialized programming and resources aligned with industries positioned to drive Irvine’s future economic growth, including:• Healthcare Innovation, including life sciences, biotechnology, and medical technologies;• Enabling and Creative Technologies, including artificial intelligence, gaming, quantum computing, and related technologies;• Climate Transition and Decarbonization Technologies, including clean energy, sustainability, and mobility; and• Aerospace and Next–Generation Defense Technologies.– The Operator shall:– Manage all day–to–day operations of the approximately 25,000 agencies, based on the preliminary space plan provided in agency which is subject to modification by the City.– Develop and execute tenant, membership, and programming strategies.– Coordinate events, workshops, mentoring, investor engagement, and ecosystem convenings.– Build partnerships with universities, industry groups, capital providers, business resource organizations, and workforce partners.– Oversee customer experience, occupancy, member services, and community activation.– Maintain a financially disciplined operating model that supports growth and sustainability.– Coordinate with the City on reporting, performance measurement, and strategic objectives.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 3, 2026.
