– Vendor needs to provide historic investment program coordinator service to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY. – Provide program coordinator and city staff will develop a workshop presentation for awarded subgrantees.– Program coordinator will ensure regulatory compliance early in the process. – Includes answering questions by subgrantees and their contractors, oversight of each project, and performance reporting. – Tasks include risk assessment; execution of subgrant agreements, preservation agreements or conservation easements, setting up and maintaining files for each project, and making sure required federal registration.
