(1) Vendor needs to provide advertising concession services.• Provide innovative and discounted advertising opportunities for local events, public service announcements, and authorized tourism partners to support tourism promotion, economic development, and the management of major cultural, sports, and environmental assets, including the county tourist development council, the cultural council for county, the county sports commission, the county film and television commission, and the county.• Create opportunities for diverse, small, and local businesses to participate in the advertising program through tiered products, pricing flexibility, and community–friendly content policies.• Incorporate new high–quality technology, offering real–time content updates and immersing passengers in the advertising experience.• Utilize space in the terminal in ways that will optimize the effectiveness of advertisements.• Generate strong, sustainable revenue through an advertising program that optimizes space utilization, employs competitive rate structures, and delivers consistent financial performance• Maintain all advertising structures, digital systems, and program elements in excellent condition, ensuring safety, reliability, cleanliness, and visual quality at all times• Ensure the airport’s advertising concession program remains fresh, dynamic, and responsive to evolving industry trends.• Develop and manage the airport’s overall advertising concession program in a manner that is professional and pleasing to the customers of the airport.• Monitor and replace expired advertising with interim promotional advertising, as needed(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on June 18, 2026.
