Elizabeth City Well Improvements Project

The City of Elizabeth City will receive separate sealed formal bids for the Elizabeth City Well Improvements Project at the City of Elizabeth City’s Public Works 2nd Floor Conference Room, located at 410 Pritchard Street, Elizabeth City, NC 27909, until Tuesday, July 28, 2026, 2:00 PM, local prevailing time, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids may be submitted by UPS or hand delivered only at the Public Works building located at 410 Pritchard Street, Elizabeth City, NC 27909.
