(1) Vendor needs to provide disabilities act testing tool. – Provide tools to conduct compliance testing, regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, of agency’s developed applications, dashboards, and external facing artifacts. – ADA Testing Tool must be able to complete the following:• ADA compliance (accessibility):– Automated and scheduled Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)/ ADA scans with comprehensive reporting for baseline and monitoring compliance.– Website workflow scanning tools to walk through complex forms and user flows.– Real screen–reader testing on devices with automated and assisted checks.– Cloud hosting of results and configuration.• Website testing: – Live manual cross–browser sessions on real browsers/operating system combinations for instant interactive debugging.– Responsive design checks across devices and viewports, with quick screenshot generation.– Built–in developer tooling during sessions (DevTools, console/network logs, bug filing, video/screenshots, etc.).– Geolocation testing to simulate user locales and region–specific behavior in live sessions.• Device testing (mobile apps and mobile web):– App Live on real iOS/Android devices for interactive testing.– Network condition simulation (e.g., via Charles Proxy and presets) to capture and debug flaky behavior.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
