CONS-21411 - USA (La Vista, Nebraska) - Engineering Consulting Services - Deadline July 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering consulting services to the government authority located in La Vista, NE.– To convey the existing site topography, utilities, property lines and easements– Pick up surveys as needed during design– Perform Geotechnical exploration as to ascertain the subsurface disposition of the site, inclusive of suitability of building foundations for the proposed structure, and provide a Geotechnical Report, complete with preliminary recommendations, and bore logs.– Review all available reports, plans, maps and studies that the city has available for the project area and incorporate relevant information from such documents into the design work.– Provide primary and final design services at the conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction document phases, inclusive of progress meetings with the city regulatory, and other relevant agencies, and provide one or more status updates at a city council meeting.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.
