EXTRA-73355 - USA (Maryville, Tennessee) - Pest Control Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pest control services to the government authority located in Maryville, TN.• The services shall include the control of roaches, ants, silverfish and spiders on the entire interior and exterior perimeter through a prescribed and approved method of extermination. Rodent treatment shall be listed as an optional coverage, per site. • Building inspections: The contractor will inspect inside and outside the facility, around the dumpsters, all crawl areas, around all points of possible entry and drop ceilings looking for pest entry points.• The contractor will seal holes, cracks, and crevices with appropriate material (i.e. pest proof caulking) to curtail the entry and infestation of insects or rodents where possible.• The contractor will remove any indoor pest infestations by vacuum.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 06, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
