(1) Vendor needs to provide public relations and communications service.– A public relations and communications agency of record the selected firm will work with energy trust to support a variety of public relations, communications and stakeholder outreach activities, with the goal of driving program participation and building awareness with customers and stakeholders.– Developing and executing public relations and communications strategies.– Supporting media outreach, including developing press releases and media pitches and responding to media requests.– Helping energy trust identify, build and maintain relationships with media, including multicultural media outlets.– Advising on and responding to crisis communications as needed, producing written materials.– Supporting and developing social media content.– Providing quarterly media tracking and reporting on media coverage and value.– Developing and executing multicultural and culturally specific media strategies, including In–language media engagement and communications.– Developing content for owned media channels, including conducting interviews, writing blog articles and providing content for other digital channels as necessary.– Providing media and spokesperson training, including training specific to spanish–language media.– Supporting stakeholder communications energy trust is committed to providing visibility and– Transparency in operations and results.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
