Vendor needs to provide telephone interviews services to the government authority located in Miami, FL.– Conduct 20–minute average telephone interviews.– 1000 Cuban Origin telephone residents (½ from a targeted sample and ½ from a random sample) and a minimum of 850 cell phone interviews.– Provide data files at intervals of the data collection phase. The data file will be in either a SPSS, Stata, Excel or flat ASCII format.– Provide bilingual interviewers for all interviews.– Provide the survey instrument and will review the final survey as programmed to assure accuracy and logic.
