(1) Vendor needs to provide genetec camera management services to the government authority located in Edwardsville, IL. – Augment and assist with the management of a Genetec camera system. – Vendors shall propose a comprehensive camera management solution that includes the following:• 12 Hour Response Time (Remote Acceptable)• Review system logs for error messages and correct conditions• Install applicable software updates, firmware and patches• RMA• Remote Network Monitoring• Genetec Software Administration• Genetec Server Administration• Genetec System Health Check• (1) Major systems upgrade annually• Annual Preventative Maintenance• Annual Cleaning and Verification of view• Training offering for up to 5 individuals• Provide contractual hourly rate for services that exceed the support agreement(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
