(1) Vendor needs to provide legal advertising services.• The successful bidder shall publish legal notices, public hearings notices, invitations to bid, ordinance summaries, tax–defaulted property notices, grand jury reports, election notices, and other legal advertisements required by federal, state, and local law.• Accept notices electronically.• Provide publication proofs upon request.• Publish notices in accordance with applicable law.• Meet county publication deadlines.• Provide affidavits/proofs of publication within five business days unless otherwise requested.• Submit detailed invoices.• Designate a primary county contact.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for two years.
