DRA-11864 - USA (Nantucket, Massachusetts) - Cellular Service Site Assessment and Feasibility Study Services - Deadline November 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide cellular service site assessment and feasibility study services to the government authority located in Nantucket, MA. – Conduct a site assessment and feasibility study to evaluate the potential use of agency–owned water storage tanks and associated properties for the future installation and operation of wireless communications equipment. – Provide the agency with sufficient information to determine whether and under what conditions each site may be appropriate for a future wireless communications lease. – Identify recommended limitations, protections, requirements, and other parameters that should be considered by the Town in developing a future solicitation and lease for telecommunications use. – The services performed under this contract are limited to site assessment and feasibility analysis and are not intended to constitute final design or engineering of a future wireless communications installation. • Existing conditions and site assessment• Structural feasibility and loading assessment• Protection of water storage infrastructure and water supply• Tank operation, inspection and maintenance• Telecommunications site feasibility• Regulatory and permitting assessment• Feasibility findings and recommendations(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
