ITB #26043 - 2027 Phase 1 Water Main Replacement

Work contemplated to be performed under this contract is as follows: • Constructing approximately 10,820 LF of ductile iron water mains, • Installing new fire hydrant assemblies, • Installing replacement water services, • Constructing two replacement Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) Stations in a concrete vault, • Construction dewatering, • Relocating existing utilities (as required), • Abandoning asbestos cement pipe, • Restoring surface conditions, including asphalt trench patching and concrete curbs, gutters, and sidewalks, • Performing traffic control, • Other work as required to complete the project An Apprentice Utilization Requirement of 15% has been established for this contract. Engineer's Estimate Range is $7.0M to $7.7M
