(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted recreation management software. – Provide implement a comprehensive campus recreation facility and program management software system.– solution that will modernize and centralize core operations, including facility access, membership management, program registration, equipment checkout and rentals, facility reservations, point of sale, locker management, inventory, accounting, reporting, communications, and related administrative workflows.– recreation management software system, including any required integrations, hosting, security, reporting, online account management, and user–facing functionality.– services include implementation, configuration, data migration or import support, training, project management, ongoing technical support, software updates, hosting services, and maintenance.– The system will need to integrate with relevant University systems and partners, including student, faculty or staff data sources, credential and access systems, payment processing, reporting tools, and campus card and access infrastructure.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
