(1) Vendor needs to provide airport marketing plan services.– Marketing plan will build upon the recently completed strategic airport business plan and provide a focused, actionable strategy for increasing utilization of the airport, strengthening agency position within its regional market, supporting existing and future passenger air service, expanding community and business engagement, and establishing a coordinated approach to airport marketing and communications– Support retention and growth of existing passenger air service by increasing utilization of agency within its regional market, reducing leakage to competing airports, and strengthening agency position as commercial service airport of choice– Strengthen engagement with regional businesses, community organizations, economic development interests, and other partners– Market Assessment, Research & Stakeholder Engagement– Brand, Market Positioning, & Communications– Integrated Airport Marketing Strategy– Regional Partnerships & Partner Marketing Tools(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 15, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.
