(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal advisor consulting services to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM. – Municipal advisory firms to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for professional municipal advisory services.– Provide independent advice and assistance in connection with the planning, authorization, issuance, sale, refunding, and delivery of the general obligation bonds and other authorized debt obligations. – Services shall support the capital financing needs, prudent debt management, and financing decisions that serve the best interests.– Capital financing and bond election planning.– Transaction documents, disclosures, and reporting support.– Evaluation of financing alternatives.– Financial resources and debt capacity analysis.– Fee schedule and reimbursable expenses.– Bond sale, award, and closing services.– Bond market monitoring and ongoing advice.– Credit rating services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2026.
