(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal vehicle leasing services to the government authority located in Greenburgh, NY. – Provide municipal vehicle leasing services for agency–owned vehicles utilized by various municipal departments. – Evaluate vehicle leasing options that provide operational flexibility, predictable vehicle replacement schedules, and cost efficiencies while meeting the agency's operational and budgetary needs.• Services:– Vehicle acquisition and procurement coordination.– Municipal vehicle lease financing options and lease term recommendations.– Vehicle ordering, tracking, and delivery coordination.– Registration, titling, and related administrative services, where applicable.– Coordination of vehicle replacement schedules at the conclusion of lease terms.– Recommendations regarding vehicle leasing options and replacement planning.– Municipal reporting and account management services related to leased vehicles.– Optional leasing services offered by the proposer.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
