The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to establish a term contract with a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial and housekeeping services for multiple Department for the Blind and Vision Impaired (DBVI) facilities located on the Azalea Campus and at the Villa Park office site. These services are essential to maintaining clean, safe, sanitary, and welcoming environments for DBVI staff, students, residents, and visitors, including support for a residential dormitory that operates seven days per week. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering routine, periodic, and event‑based cleaning services in accordance with defined frequencies, performance standards, and operational requirements outlined in the RFP.
