Vendor needs to provide receive, process, and recycle residential recyclable materials services including weigh scale electronics and associated computer software, and will ensure its continuous operation and calibration over the contract term to the government authority located in Wailuku, HI.– The contractor shall deliver and market the recyclable commodities; the proceeds of marketing the recyclable commodities including applicable HI–5 processing fees will be retained in full by thecontractor.
