(1) Vendor needs to provide IT asset disposal service to the government authority located in Colorado Springs, CO. – Provide comprehensive IT asset disposition (ITAD) services, including secure handling and data sanitization, appropriate reuse or recycling, and recovery of residual value where practical. – Computing and mobile equipment.– Data storage and data–bearing equipment.– Networking and telecommunications equipment.– Printing, imaging, and audio–visual equipment.– Infrastructure, power, and miscellaneous technology.– Chain of custody and asset accountability.– Data–bearing asset identification.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 02, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.(4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 30, 2026.
