(1) Vendor needs to provide public outreach service for regulatory compliance. – Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive public outreach and education campaign.– The selected consultant will educate residential, commercial, and multi–family waste generators on proper source–separation across all curb side material streams (trash, recycling, organics).• General Outreach: Develop strategies to engage the public in understanding of Glendale Municipal Code, State regulations, proper sorting of curbside collection streams and waste reduction.• Targeted Outreach: Create specific approaches for engaging residents, businesses, multi–family tenants, schools, non–profit organizations, and commercial edible food generators.• Hauler Outreach: Establish effective communication and collaboration methods with franchise haulers to optimize outreach delivery to customers.– Needs Assessment, Strategy Review, and Compliance Mapping.– Campaign Implementation and Targeted Public Engagement– Content Creation and Material Development– Contamination Monitoring, Field Evaluation, and Reporting(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
